I checked pin 15 -no connection, checked shield not connected to gnd in the adapter.
I looked at the info on the 23 pin video connector. Most of the pins show an impedance (47 ohms on the unconnected pins) 75 ohms on the connected video pins. Pin 15 when plugged into the computer connects to "C! Clock Out" which seems to need to be terminated. My guess would be that a resistor between 47 ohms and 150 ohms would help. Same as SCSI some times will work without termination but more reliable with term. If the resistor was placed in the computer devices that used pin 15 would be double terminated. It is best in the adapter.
