I left my mountain bike out on my balcony for in the elements, so its needing new everything.

I ended up buying this single speed bike. There are not many hills around here, but I never considered a strong headwind. It would be very strange riding a bike with that coasts now.

swapped out the seat, hand grips and pedals so far and installed water bottle and headlight.

Its great you can ride to work :) I might be able to do it once but there is a 50% chance I'd die on the way there, and 50% chance I'd die on the way home.
