Mind the word capability, every A1200 has a memory card slot / Blizzard capability. Judging from the lengthy description by the seller and the photos I say this thing is as dead as Elvis.

I see that it does have a SCSI cable. It would be crazy if there was a blizzard 1230 or 1260 in there

maybe that it what they mean by "BLIZZARD CAPABILITY" the SCSI cable is already installed

Regardless as to how horrible the casing may be, the guts are NTSC and therefore rare and much sought after by owners of NTSC video gear such as my self.

Replacement cases can be ordered fairly cheap from the UK. They are a dime a dozen over there.

What do you really loose by using a PAL unit in NTSC mode? I mean I guess the composite output might not work on everything. Most people are better off with Amigamaniac's SVIDEO adapter anyway.

My A1200's composite seems to work (in color) on all of my monitors that support composite.

Overall, I'm much happier with my PAL 1200 than NTSC CD32 ...

If its true to the case sticker i bet it has a DKB cobra with scsi... worst case you get a sticker.. ehehe:roflmao:

I had a DKB Cobra for a while. It was the 28MHZ one without SCSI I think. To do a warm boot you always had to C-A-A twice.
