Because MorphOS 3.0 is near, some of you might already be looking to get a PowerBook.

That's why Jacek "jacaDcaps" Piszczek has prepared a short article with useful tips on buying a PowerBook:

polish (translation by Grzegorz Kraszewski)
german (translation by Frank Mariak)

I was given a powerbook5,8 a while back. Pretty nice specs. 2GB ram, 1.67ghz, 128mb VRAM.

Can't complain! I only needed to buy a power supply, battery and DVD drive. That was like $150 and the machine was easy to disassemble.

I'm going to laugh when it spanks the x1000 performance wise.
