Ugh those boards are unnecessarily big, cases are honkin big. It's funny cause there looks to be large swaths of space between few components on the X 1000. Maybe this is cheaper somehow? And why are the PCI buses so far apart.? Something is just, weird about what's being manufactured here.
That is a really good question. I suppose its good for cooling the PCI cards.
