Picasso II ---> VGA to DVI cable ---> DVI to HDMI adaptor ---> LCD TV
Seems like it should work, but i'm sure that would be far too straightforward 
You can only convert VGA to DVI-Analog, and you can only convert DVI-Digital to HDMI.
Why not just get a LCD with a VGA input?
