I just got an email from them, where they basically confirmed my address(which was correct) and said they will send another one! 
Hope that one will arrive soon.

Same here. I Ordered in November, hard copy never came.
They said they would send another and I could even keep both copies. After much email dialoging with them, I finally got my hard copy of Amiga and C64 forever.
They are obviously really slow to ship or only ship to people who relentlessly nag them.
