You need an MC68060RC50 (preferably an E41J mask), a voltage regulator board, an upgraded EEPROM, a new Oscillator and a 68060 socket fitted. Optional 2nd SIMM socket for 64Mbytes.

The finished card usually sells for about €300

Certainly something to consider for the future. I think Cosmos in France was doing the upgrades as was stachu100 in Poland.
