Amiga is DEAD?

Done a update on my samflex440ep stated to load  now I get is
 AOS4 FLB
FLB:No SLB found in any of the designated boot sources; returning to u-boot. press any key to contiune.
Than I press any key and got this ]  Than I reset but still have the same problem.
AmigaOS 4.1 FE Update1 running on AMCC PPC440EP with 1,024MB Memory and Radeon 9250.

Thanks for the tip but can I fix it?
AmigaOS 4.1 FE Update1 running on AMCC PPC440EP with 1,024MB Memory and Radeon 9250.

After a long time thinking were I went wrong all it was the boot opitions was not set (they were set at none) and now the Amiga is all working again but I will take good notice of the advice you gave me.
