Really Silly X-Surf 100 Question

Let's pretend for a second I know nothing.  (I've been googling this for the last half hour so maybe I don't).

I'm trying to set up the X-Surf 100 card in an Amiga 2000 with GVP 68030 50 Hz. accelerator.

I've download the drivers from wiki.icomp.de and extracted them.  But what do I do with those files, do they go somewhere?  When I run the x-surf test file, everything checks out except that RTL8019 is not found.  

I realize that after I get these drivers in place I can then set up EasyNet.  (I only want to do this to eliminate the sneakernet I currently have going on).  I won't be browsing the web.

I got it going.  Easy net made it easy, I didn't realize I could cycle through and it would have a Belkin router in its setup.  I was impressed.  And yup, just copy the device file over to networks:dev and I was all set.

So next issue....ugh....  What I'd like to do is use Amiga Explorer (or something similar if it exists) to communicate over TCP/IP.  The computers can ping each other on my network and I'm using Windows 7 (64bit) with an Intel I5 processor as the other PC in this network.  But Amiga Explorer complains about the TCP/IP socket not being found, though I've specified in the software.  Also I've opened the port 356 on my router as suggested by the Cloanto site.

Anybody experience this before?  Further is the a similar software package or some other way to enable network shares across these systems?

This connection issue is most frustrating.  There doesn't seem to be a way to share a drive with my Amiga.  

Baffles me.

I've tried AExplorer and EasyNet - Hosts Manager... even though I've got the Amiga online (all the way to Aminet) I can't seem to get the two computers talk.  I don't really have the room to set up a third.  I do have a NAS unit here though...anyone ever have any luck with that?

I ended up accessing my NAS as an FTP from the Amiga.  I guess it works just as well as AExplorer in that I'd have to go get up and run AExplorer on the Amiga every time I wanted to use it anyway.  I don't like to leave vintage machines on all day.  

This way if I'm on the Win 7 PC I can just park stuff on the NAS (set up a separate share for the Amiga) and pull it down next time I'm on the Amiga.  (and the reverse)

And there is always USB stick....

Still I learned lots trying.  I think, from reading Cloanto's site, amiga.org and the EAB site that Genesis might have worked.... EasyNet comes with 3.02b of AmiTCP and Cloanto's site says 4 is required.  Still I've got all the other networking features I wanted working.....
