Amiga 2000HD, $100
« on: March 10, 2009, 05:33:55 PM »
EDIT: This item has been posted on eBay, see below for details.

I need to get rid of my A2000. It takes up way too much space. I'm located in Pennsylvania, and I'm happy to ship this anywhere within the U.S.

Fully functional, A2000, is in good cosmetic condition, mouse and keyboard are slightly yellowed, but not too bad. All are in good functional condition, 1MB Chip, 2MB Fast, with room for up to 8MB Fast, A2091 controller with 50MB Quantum drive attached, PAL/NTSC toggle switch on back panel, Workbench 1.3.3 Installed, KS ROM 1.3, clock battery removed, working internal floppy drive, CrossDOS, Monkey Island in a box, and installed on HD, Serial Link cable for TransDisk. Commodore 23 pin to 9 pin video cable and RGB-4BNC adaptor included.

$100 and it's yours.

Well, you're welcome. For a while there I was starting to wonder if non-accelerated Amigas were worth anything at all.

Right now I'm using a Sony PVM Monitor. I don't have any pictures right now, but sometime in the next two days I hope to either take pictures, post a youtube demonstration, or both.

The monitor wouldn't be included, though, as I need to keep it around for my ST.

Update:

The A2000 is posted on eBay, with high-resolution pictures.

View it here:

Also, a video demonstation of this machine is posted on YouTube. You can find the link in the eBay ad, or view it here:

My Commodore 64 and Atari 2600 bundles I'll be offering for auction hopefully next week, though the A500 stuff is still available.

Yes, it's definitely a great monitor to have around :P
Perfect for using with my ST, as I can switch the monitor into overscan mode, and no more borders :)
