Look also for the silent coolers :

No its webpage, it's rated at 20 dB. Now you know that other cooler with 20 dB should be quiet (at least for me. And I also value the silence on a computer :-)
Figure out it your PSU also makes noise ...
In that case, look for a silent PSU also.
(damn PC technology! Speed first, comfort later)
