Yesterday i found my original copy of amiga os 3.5 and i tried to install it under winuae on a hard disk file of 100mb size.
Hard file formatted under workbench 3.1 using Fast file system & directory caching. DC-FFS
Winuae configuration : i tried both 68EC020 , 68020 with 2mb Chip 8mb Fast , sound disabled , and AGA chipset.
I also mount a cdrom directory which contains os 3.5.
The first thing i've done : Booting from df0 with a workbench 3.1 disk , then dh0 formatted with DC-FFS as described above, i installed workbench 3.1 , machine rebooted and then i tried to install os 3.5 from cd.
i choose to install a PRE-installation of os3.5 , this step successfully completed and then machine rebooted. After that i tried to install the MAIN installation of 3.5 and a 5% installation hangs :///
