And this is exactly why they're never going to make a profit off it. 
The only way I see them releasing AmigaOS on x86 won't be on a PC or MAC x86 but an Amiga x86 board where they have a fixed set of drivers for 1 board but I don't see that happening in the next 5 years.
At the moment they don't even have full drivers for the boards they have already got and with 2 new boards being released that is even more work on more drivers.
Even Mac OS x86 doesn't officially run on PC x86 hardware without using something like Hackintosh which only works on certain boards.
