Masoboshi SCSI/IDE MasterCard (MC-702) problem

I'm using OS3.9 and do not understand how to change SCSI.device in HDTool ?

1. Select the HDToolBox icon
2. Press right mouse button and select Icons -> Information... from the Workbench menu
3. Change/add tool type SCSI_DEVICE_NAME=MASOBOSHI.device
4. Save the settings
5. Start HDToolBox

When autoboot is off, you could try to boot the computer from the Masoboshi install disk.
The disk contains a file (Expansion/MMC) that loads the Masoboshi driver to memory when Binddrivers is called during startup.

You can get a list of loaded device drives by running SysInfo and clicking the Libraries/Devices/... gadget.
Is the Masoboshi driver on the list?

Atleast I can confirm the ROM file is valid, I revived one MC-702 back to life with the v2.202 ROM.

This is great news, if I could be so bold as to ask - Could you confirm the details of the chip containing the Boot ROM - it should read something like 27C256 - 20 or 200.

It was an NM27C256Q but didn't take a look at the speed, sorry. I glued the sticker back so can't check it anymore.
