The ToastScan puts out a clean steady image on my Mitsubishi 2040u 21" CRT. All modes work correctly. It looks like native output on VGA monitor. Clean and sharp. It does need a bit of adjustment via the 20 turn pot. Once it is set, no need to touch it again.
