Edit: I wrongly thought the CV64/3D has a VGA input for switching but after examining more closely it's an output connector.

@orange
I have just examined some photo's and the CV64/3D manual and found that the internal monitor switcher is not on the Cybervision itself as I thought but instead on the Phase5 scandoubler module itself. This also means that the internal connector on the CV64/3D is an output connector and not an input.

I am not sure why you asked for the information about the connector. Perhaps you want to connect the CV64/3D video signal internally to a video switcher/scandoubler from a different brand? I think it would be possible to find the connections by following the board layout. There are some diodes near the VGA connector which are probably connected to the RGB signals, and I think the HSYNC and VSYNC are directly connected to the same signals as the VGA connector. So that way the signals can be determined by checking the board itself.
