Just looking at it, I would hazard the following guesses.
1. It appears the motherboard has had the 1Mb chip RAM mod done to it. Don't see how it could have 2 Mb especially with the original Fat Agnus chip still in place.
2. Maybe one of the switches is to turn off the 1Mb chip RAM mod for picky games.
3. Possibly a NTSC/PAL switch?
Those are my guesses, but I will definitely defer to those who have more experience than I.
