It' been well over a year ago.

I tried phone calls and got nowhere.  People said they'd never heard of him.

Return receipt mail came back unsigned.

Thought about filing charges but with no valid way to track him down I had to chalk it down to lesson learned.

Guy is a total douche.

If he ever dares to show back up here I recommend he be banned for life.

Sorry to hear that Curtis! Sales and dealings with people here are getting stranger and stranger. Have a couple of outstanding offers to purchase at asking prices, never to be heard from again. Different than your scenario where you actually paid, but still. Flakiness abounds!
