Is Commodore USA even legal? In wikipedia I found the following text
"In 2010, it was announced that the Commodore name was returning to computer production with a new model being introduced, which includes the built in keyboard as the Commodore 64 with a touchpad and memory card reader. See

However as much as I know the Commodore trademark is used by the following company;
