Could it be that the guys who came out with the X1000 are going to put something on amiga.com? maybe part of the agreement?

Yes you are right :) that site pretty sucks - but maybe they are keeping the best for the later ;)

Yes but they cannot sell a domain which is owned by another entity. The only way for amiga.com to be sold is that the current owners sell it.
