The Mr Hardware one is the best (I dont know what he calls it ) supports 5 button dual scroll mice and the scroll buttons actually work has a autoswitching Joystick Passthrough.
I tested it with Logitech, Genuis, Aopen, Microsoft, BenQ rodents, and it worked with every mouse I threw at it including several USB mice. Does not need software to work as a native three button Amiga mouse. Only problem is Russ (Mr hardware ) is slightly dense and sometimes is slow to deliver. Call once for the order and then again two day's later in case he lost your order.

Ohh I use it with a KVM attached to a Wireless logitech 4 button optical scroll mouse and I have never had a problem with it.
