If history, Acube, the SAM and ALL the other Amiga hardware manufactures have taught us, is that this thing is going to be EXPENSIVE! Bend over people!, because like all the rest, you are going to need a second mortgage and sell a few body parts to afford one. And like all the rest, in a few years, it will be an expensive oddity on ebay that only a small percentage of die-hard Amiga users will have be able to afford.
That is the primary reason why new Amiga hardware does not excite me any more. If it was hardware for any other "classic" computing platform, then it would be reasonably priced. But because its Amiga, they just bend us over. Have you seen the neat hardware being made for the C64-128 computers? IDE components, NIC's and Video upgrades etc all for pennies compared to Amiga stuff.
Mark my words, if you though the SAM looked expensive, (and they are hinting at this on the site) that will be peanuts compared to what this will be.
