Is there any blinking on the Keyboard LED after the white screen appears? I've had similar problems which were fixed by doing the PLA Ground Modification on PAL Chips J , K , L, N, P & Q on the Daughterboard and connection the wire to the Ground plane between the 68000 and the Expansion connector.
