I wouldn't have though the Warpengine 4040 would sell for that much. I lucked out ang got mine from Livewire when they were still selling Amiga parts.
I think the 4040 with 64 MB Ram cost me a total of $160 (CDN).
Onb topic of the WEarpenging can anyone recommend a good Heatsink/Fan combo for the unint mounted in a Towered A4000.
