Uploading photos

Hope this is the correct area for this. I was trying to upload some photos onto this forum, but keep coming up with an error. The photos are small enough (1mp). Have tried both Firefox and IE.

ERROR BELOW...

Files too big or some troubles with configuration

What has gone wrong?
