I agree with Bazzaq. Are there any programs out there to test your video card on AOS4.1? I couldn't tell you whether it's overheating or a memory issue. Have you tried running with the case open with a small fan either blowing or sucking the heat from the video card? If you have the ability to try that see if that changes anything.
