50Mhz Blizzard 68060 card.
32MB SIMM in slot.

Works well with WB 3.1

I ended up buying a 030 card instead for my personal use.

its something I'd ideally like to keep (since it'll probably be the last big thing I can get)

But the 1200 wont be used much, and I cant see keeping a 060 around when someone else could use it
