Is anyone selling something like the M1764 these days?  What can I buy in the US that goes down to 15khz?

The main problem is that I'm not sure what I'm looking for.  Could I pick up a flat panel lcd TV with a vga connector and a composite in connector?  I'm thinking I could locate a 23-pin to vga adapter for the higher resolutions, then switch modes to the composite for the ntsc modes.

Something like this:

didn't you just pick up a load of monitors and stuff?

One is a 20" monster which it looks like I'll be able to use.  (yea), the others are sort of useless to me.  Three are 9" and one is even smaller and black and white I think.  The color 9" monitors have great pictures though.  I think all but the 20 are destined for ebay.
