Of course it wasn't [an accident that the EULA initially read like it did] - just like when Apple released Safari for Windows with an EULA that said you couldn't use it on non-Apple computers. That wasn't an accident either - it was a clever plot on Apple's part to be able to sue everyone who downloaded Safari for Windows once they go bankrupt from not licensing OS X to Dell. That's *obvious*. Too bad they were found out, eh?
