Amiga comes through! ffmpeg to the rescue

Love the Amiga, usually just use winuae lately, but do have an A3000 and A2000.

Don't use Linux much, but would like to, so I can't comment on what is available for it.

So, I use m$oft regularly, and like to dl short vids (couch race crash - still laugh every time I see it) - some of which don't play in media player classic, etc.

No Problem, I'll get a converter! Tried several, but some vids just won't convert, some are demos only, others have weird interfaces...

Along comes ffmpeg from Aminet.

Wow. Nothing I've thrown at it fails, just me when I mis-type an option.

@Piru and tone007 - I recognize ffmpeg is a port, I just only have Amiga experience to use it with. AS I said, ho[pe to pick up on Linux, trying to find the best one.

Any suggestons ?

@the leander - I remember Super - will have to give it a try again.
