WHDLoad config file question.
« on: January 04, 2010, 03:16:40 PM »
I have a simple question about WHDLoad.  I have found that several games crash on my Amiga's for unknown reasons.  I've made a few changes on my WHDLoad config file in S: Directory and this has reduced the number of crashes to a degree.  I was wondering if sombody out there could paste a copy of their WHDLoad config file in this thread for me and others to see how others are configured.

I believe sombody out there is probably having no problems at all with WHDLoad and I am curious as to how they are set up.  Thanks.

Boy, I have to admit it feels good that sombody out there is as miserable as I am because of this problem.  I'm not the only one......what a relief.

WOW, it looks like you have absolutely everything disabled. I'm going to have to give that a try when I get home.  Thanks for the help.

By the way, with this current configuration, how stable is WHDLoad for you?  Are you experiencing any problems at all?

I don't remember exactly what kind of error it was now but I will run a few games when I get home and record what I see.  As to whether I am registered or not...the answer to that is no at this time.  I really want to purchase WHDLoad, but with my current success rate, I'm still a little hesitant.

My system is a A2000 w GVP 030 Accelerator/SCSI card w 12mb.  I also have a GVP 2000 HC+8 SCSI card (scsi disabled/using it as a ram card w 8mb).

I have very little software installed.  Just the basics: "Noclick", OS 3.1, "crossdos", etc.
