Amiga 3000 running OS 3.9

In sombody's opinion, are these requirements sufficient to run OS 3.9 with no problems or slowdowns?

Amiga 3000 Desktop
2 MB chip ram
16 MB Fast Ram
KS 3.1
2.1 GB Hard Drive

Thanks for the help. I guess I will have to stick with 3.1 for now until I get some new hardware. Thanks.
