Hy!
You can connect the cdtv Keyboard directly to the 1200 Keyboard MPU.
http://www.amiga.org/gallery/index.php?n=1908=10You need to connect 4 wires and solder it on the mpu.....vcc which is 5 Volt ,keyboard clock,data and ground.
You don't have keyboard reset....i have a reset switch on the tp1 connector(Near the pcmcia slot)pin 1 and pin 2.
i still use the keyboard with cdtv cause i i made a 5 pin mini din connector for the 1200...so i can unplugg the keyboard and still use it with cdtv.
