While I was there when Amiga was bought and was one of the people that reviewed the technical specs (lots of pictures of tanks), my main job in the end was to get us through a CES show with "the next product" and keep some revenue flowing, and so did not have any kind of active role in the Amiga.  (On paper I was supposed to start the PAL version)

My understanding from Evan just last night is that Dave Haynie picks up Commodore History Part III at next year's VCF and takes it from Amiga to ending sadness.
