Re: Version 1230scsi.device

A few questions (maybe going OT):

I've got a 1230-IV SCSI KIT on my Blizzard1260 (both Phase5 original manufacturing from 1997!) and I've got some probs. 1230scsi.device version is 8.2, a Yamaha 4416s CDRW is attached to the chain as well as a LaCie 6Gb external HDD. Well, at first boot (and at every reset!), if I have a CD into the drive it doesn't mount (or it's seen as a CD0:NDOS) and the HDD partitions don't mount at all. What can it be?

Consider this:

- CD filesystem is AmyCDFileSystem (the freeware one which can read Mac volumes - found on Aminet)
- FastFileSystem is 43.20 (another OT sub-question: can I use the 43.19 "expiration date alert removal" patch on 43.20?)

Another question: what is 1260scsi.device? Maybe BlizzardPPC one?

Cheers
