Don't reinstall or anything drastic ...

As -D- said use TrendMicro online scan or
BitDefender Online Scan or go and get
AVG Antivirus Free Edition (you get mailed a key for this).

Also go and get Spybot Search & Destroy and/or AdAware 6 from LavaSoft to check for spyware.
