The Wall is a game by Rainbow Arts (view it here: http://hol.abime.net/1658), it doesn't appear to have the naked women you speak of though!  :-?

Maybe you were also thinking of..

Yep, it does sound as if that game is the one you're after.

I would presume it's on most sites which host adfs...

But I would also presume that I'm not allowed to link to them here  :-D
