I saw Brazil in Edmonton opening night. Can't recall why I felt the need to see it, but the theatre was packed. So brilliant I saw it again the next night and saw so much more. Saw it again the next night too and saw more. Amazing movie. Saw it eight times before I thought that I'd actually seen all of it. Definiately should be seen on the big screen. Saw it on video one time and it just wasn't as .... big! Kind of like Lawrence of Arabia except the other way around. Saw it on TV first and thought it was OK. Then saw it on the big screen. What a movie.
Sad that so many movies actually look like they were made for TV (and they probably are as there is so much money to be made on DVD).
Anyway. Brazil. Wow.
