I always avoid using old floppies in my Amiga. All  my oldies (floppies) go to trash. Nowadays is becoming very hard to find 1.44Mb disks in shops. All floppies was replaced by pen drives, CD etc. Happily there is WHDLoad !!!

Well ok so now I got my Amiga back in its original state that is back to Desktop.
SO I went to my bedroom wardrobe and got out all my 3 boxes of discs, wow they have not been touched for years and not come in contact with any thing that is likely to create any such damage.

I have found that many are now corrupt and no longer usable, (ohhh boy this is going to be fun) now I got loads of 1.44 floppies, but not enough DD so is there any where these days I can still get those floppy discs from as I need to make loads of new backups. If not then I shall have to use the 1.44 ones.

TIA,

Mike.
