BlizzardPPC with noisy fan

I get one BlizzardPPC for my A1200 (in a tower) and the cooler fan is very noisy. The noise get me nervous. I looked in a shop a low profile PC cooler fan that I can put in the side of the PPC that have only that black cooler. If I turn off the little cooler fan of the PPC and put this PC cooler fan over the black big original cooler of the PPC this will be sufficient to turn cool the PPC?

I thought in put a little of oil but I am afraid of damage the cooler fan. My thought was to put a PC cooler fan in the another side over the big cooler. The PC cooler fan have the passive part and a 40mmx40mm fan with less than 20mm of height in total (passive + cooler). In my tower this is sufficient to close it without problems. I am thinking that this can be more effective in cooling the chips that the original 30mm x 30mm original cooler fan of the PPC althought it will not conduct air direct over the chips that need cooling. And a 40mmx40mm is easy to find.

I think some people removed fan and even the heatsink and put one smaller just on PPC chip. (see album here)
but its not recommended because other chips need cooling besides the CPU. thats why it might be wise to keep the original fan (you can't get air through heatsink to cool all chips without punching holes).

Yes, I looked at Amigakit. But the price is a little high: will cust something like 45 dollars with the delivery for my country. And I don't trust in this little coolers fans. Someone works very little time. I bought more than 3 40mm x 40mm for my USB case and in little time (some hours) they turns noisy. But here the cost is something like 1 dollar each. So is cheap to try. I only need to know if putting a cooler fan (PC fan with low profile) as stated in the beggining is adequate. Anyway thanks for all the attention.

IIRC, I used a small 'tube' from Cotton_swab or "Q-Tip" after removing the cotton. you only need a tiny amount of oil. but you should be very very careful because it might be conductive and in some other ways bad for PCB. (slowly spin the fan few times manually)
