Sounds like you deleted

Assign >NIL: ENV: RAM:ENV

which should immediately follow

C:MakeDir RAM:T RAM:Clipboards RAM:ENV RAM:ENV/Sys
C:Copy >NIL: ENVARC: RAM:ENV ALL NOREQ
