Drag HDToolbox to Ram Disk, open Ram Disk, click once on HDToolbox, choose icon information from the menu. Remove the brackets from SCSI_DEVICE_NAME=scsi.device and change scsi.device to uaehf.device, save and start HDToolbox, it should find you HDD now.
