MUI runs well without registration. Only in the prefs program many options are blocked. But that does no reduce functionality.
You can still register MUI on
http://www.sasg.com/mui/However, the author lost his Amiga and thus you'll receive the key file of somebody else. Over at EAB you can let it be changed to your name.
