http://aminet.net/package/comm/tcp/MiamiDx10cmain
http://aminet.net/package/comm/tcp/MiamiDx10c-MUI

Unpack them both into the same directory, then all is in the right place and you can install it.

Miami is available there:

http://aminet.net/search?query=miami32

Same procedure as above. You need the main archive, one of the CPU archives, one of the GUI archives and optionally one of the locale archives.

MiamiSSL is old. Use AmiSSL instead: http://www.heightanxiety.com/AmiSSL/

And read this, too: http://www.ibrowse-dev.net/news.php?id=1455900472

You don't need MiamiDx, just any TCP/IP software will do (Miami, Genesis, Roadshow, AmiTCP). And you don't need any separate SSL library. At least according to the readme Google Drive Handler has its own SSL library (a port of OpenSSL) built in. You only need to set the SSLROOT assign right.
