There are at least two I know of. The first is RDB-Salv. It is commercial and can be bought at
www.schatztruhe.de (part of Amiga Repair Kit).
The other one is RDBrecov, written by me. It is less comfortable than RDB-Salv (command line only), but it can find more kinds of partitions and usually is much faster.
