hi all just downlaod boign bag 1 and 2 burned to disk and popped into my amiga1200 (towered) and when i run the installer i get the eror message saying "Interpreter: Executing non-function " any ideas ?

You replaced (by accident or intentionally) the Installer program by an old version. Delete "Installer" from sys:c and from sys:utilities, then copy it from the OS 3.9 CD or from the OS 3.9 SDK.

Note: do not mix up "Installer" with "Install". These programs are two completely different things. Do not delete "Install" from sys:c.

SYS: always points to the boot partition. You don't need to find it, the system knows where it is.

Insert the OS 3.9 CD into the CD drive and wait until the icon appears on the desktop. Hold down the right mouse button and select "execute command" from the Workbench menu. Into the command field enter newshell and press enter.

A DOS window appears. Enter these commands:

delete sys:c/installer

copy amigaos3.9:os-version3.9/c/Installer sys:utilities

Then close the DOS window and try to install BB1 again.
