The Installer program is on the install disk in the main directory. You just need to copy it to your HDD.
The file on Aminet is only a newer version. And if you download something from Aminet you will soon notice that you need another program to unpack the archives. The help pages tell you which program this is. So it is not too difficult to "think of these two files".
