- OS 3.9's SetPatch
- IDEfix (LoadIDE)
- Blizkick
- LoadModule
- Poseidon (PsdLoadModule)
- flash ROM (Algor, Deneb, Kickflash, eFlash)

and probably some more. All of them cause this behaviour and it is needed to be this way.
