Are you sure it's Digital River ? The Cloanto homepage only offers ShareIt and Avangate as options.
You should check the emails you got when ordering.
I odered via ShareIt and got loads of emails immediately during and after the purchase: 1. new account, 2. order confirmation, 3. download link and license key.
If you didn't get any emails, then you probably entered a wrong address.
I'm still waiting for the physical product, though. It's almost four weeks now. Shouldn't take so long from Italy to Germany, should it.
